[ on everyone's video feeds they might see a very pretty, very pale girl sitting down in what appears to be a café in the town. she doesn't appear worried about her surroundings, and seems very calm about the whole situation they're been placed in. it also might give the feeling that she lived here...aside from the camera feed that's placed on her. she seems to be puttering about the kitchen, looking for tea pots and checking the water from the taps... ]

Hmm...

Oh.

It isn't working... how sad.

I wonder if I can get it working somehow...

[ she'll sit down with her empty tea pot, taking out a small pamphlet... ]

I would have liked to eat this with tea and cookies. Oh well...

I wouldn't eat it.

[Gabriel's voice is a smooth, bored drawl. The only anxiety he feels about arriving here is that he can't sense Gabe, and none of his messages seem to be reaching him. He taps out another one on his iPhone before flicking his eyes back to the screen of the Ivytwine.]

It's condescending and reads like a bad science-fiction-with-mild-Lovecraft-overtones story, but it does have some useful information in it.

[And then he grins, his sharp teeth glimmering.]

Plus, I doubt it has any nutritional value.
